Olagoke Falade is an engineering executive with over 20 years of experience spanning power systems, renewable energy, construction, and facilities management. He joined Sterling Bank as Head, Projects, eMobility and Renewable Energy, where he leads the project team in delivering technical execution aligned with the bank's clean energy and sustainability initiatives.
He began his career in 2004 with Lambert, where he delivered complex building and power projects for Total E&P. This early exposure to large-scale infrastructure laid the foundation for a career defined by technical depth, operational discipline, and strategic vision. Over the years, he has held senior roles across engineering design, project delivery, and business management, often bridging the gap between technical teams and executive leadership.
Olagoke studied Electrical and Electronics Engineering and has since deepened his expertise through ongoing engagement in energy innovation, strategy, and leadership. His strengths lie in systems thinking, long-range planning, and high-stakes execution. Known for his analytical clarity and negotiation acumen, he combines big-picture thinking with on-the-ground precision to deliver scalable, sustainable results.
He is focused on building platforms that drive innovation, develop talent, and transform Africa, while leading impactful initiatives at the intersection of technology, energy, and development.
